Once you schedule your consultation, you will receive the link for the consultation. However you will not be charged until the consultation has ended. The law firm does not keep any credit card or personal financial information about you. A link for payment will be emailed to you.

Refunds

There are no refunds for digital downloads and other products that you purchase.

In-Person Conferences

If you live in North Carolina, you may schedule an in-person consultation. However, please note that any links for appointments on this website are for teleconferences or Zoom conferences ONLY. In order to schedule an in-person conference, you must email me directly on the contact page or call.

Limitations of Consultation

Please note that I am a North Carolina licensed attorney. Therefore, unless you are a North Carolina resident or have business or other interests in North Carolina, your consultation will consist of providing legal information about your topic of interest. I do not attend court, provide representation, or provide information about individual state laws outside of North Carolina.
